This program is right for your child if they can stand on skates and move forward without assistance. No previous hockey experience is needed.

Lesson Length: U5 lessons are 45 minutes, U7/9/11/13 lessons are 1 hour.

Skate School does not run programming on the following dates:

October 12, 13, 14 (Thanksgiving Weekend)

February 15, 16, 17 ( Family Day Weekend)

April 19, 20, 21 (Easter Weekend)

May 17, 18, 19 ( Victoria Day Weekend)

Development Hockey

Take those skills to the next level. Our Development Hockey program is for those who have played hockey before and want to continue to grow their skills in a fun and engaging environment. Your child will work on skating, puck control, shooting, and individual tactics with great instructors.

This program runs for 1 hour, once a week for 12 or 8 weeks depending on the session you register for.

CIHA & WinSport Program - Ages 5-12 (Spring 2025)

Our Spring Development Program offers aspiring players a golden opportunity to train like pros, regardless of skill level. Over 16 sessions, we'll elevate your game to new heights, even if you're still mastering the basics.

Twice a week, for 2.5 hours, on Monday and Wednesday you'll hit the ice for intensive on-ice training to refine your skills. But it doesn't stop there. Our off-ice component will enhance your strength, speed, and overall athleticism, transforming you into a hockey powerhouse. Get ready to sweat, hustle, and learn from top coaches while leveling up at WinSport's premier facilities this spring.

Adult Discover Hockey - Practice & Play

Have little to no hockey experience, but want to give it a try? This program is for adults who want to learn the fundamentals of this great sport. You will learn the basics of hockey, have fun, and enjoy a great workout. You will work on skating skills, puck control, and shooting techniques with great instructors. This program combines practice sessions with games and will alternate between practices and gameplay each week.

This program runs for 1 hour, once a week in seasonal sessions:

Fall Tuesdays at 21:15 for 12 weeks

Winter Tuesdays at 21:15 for 12 weeks

Spring Tuesdays at 21:15 for 10 weeks
