Tickets purchased on the WinSport eStore are full day tickets. If you would like to purchase 4 hour or last 2 hour tickets, please purchase these at our Guest Services Ticket Desk.

The cost is an additional $5 above the cost of the Standard Access ticket

The Winter Ticket - Advanced Access is not available for preschool (under 6 years)

All users must be familiar and comply with the Alpine Responsibility code.

How to add a Standard Access Hill Ticket to your cart:

Important Information

By purchasing tickets or passes, you agree to our 'Exclusion of Liability and Assumption of Risk Notice'.

All hill users must have a valid ticket to access the winter hill. No foot traffic is permitted.

At this time only full day and 4 hours tickets are available online. For other types of tickets please see Guest Services when you arrive.

The Pass is non-transferable, can be used by only one individual (the passholder), and cannot be sold or resold. The Pass is revocable without refund in the event of misuse, misconduct, or breach of the Alpine Responsibility Code. WinSport does not guarantee snow conditions, or weather or operating conditions.

Helmets are strongly recommended for all hill users.

Refund Policy

Subject to above there are NO refunds on ticket purchases. If we are not operational on your ticket date you will be provided a credit on your WinSport account.

For each member of your family you can select Standard Access, or the Advanced Access option to include the Advanced Terrain Park (available to ages 6 and older).

Please note:

Children 7 years of age and under must be accompanied by a responsible individual 13 years of age or older at all times.

WinSport does not provide supervision. Children need to understand and follow the Alpine Responsibility Code. Parents remain responsible for their children.

Our Family Winter Season Pass is for two adults 18+ and up to three dependent children residing in the same household.

Additional dependent children can be added at a special rate.

Additional dependents must be under 18 years of age and reside at the same address.

The Advanced Access pass is an additional $30 per person over the cost of the Standard Access pass. Cost is added as members are assigned. This pass is only available for ages 6+. Prices do not include GST.

WinSport Pass: During the checkout process you will automatically be assigned a reloadable WinSport Pass for a $5 fee per pass. This WinSport Pass will be reloadable for future seasons. If you are a 2024 Summer Season Pass holder you will have the option to reload your current pass for no additional cost. Season Passes issued prior to Summer 2024 are not reloadable, please return your current WinSport Pass to Guest Services or a recyclable drop-off box in the daylodge.
